Kitchen Supervisor

Responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all food preparation meets quality and safety standards. This also includes overseeing the cooking process, checking inventory, light cleaning, and maintaining equipment. Must also have a good understanding of the menu and be able to assist in creating new dishes. Also responsible for scheduling and training new staff members.
Host/Hostess

Server

Restaurant Supervisor

Loss Prevention/Security

Responsible for the safeguarding of hotel property, assets, guests, visitors and employees.
Server Assistant

Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Bartender

To prepare and serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Acts as a cashier for the bar area.
