 Responsible for coordinating the kitchen members and ensure that all orders are prepared on time and according to customer specifications. Also monitoring the kitchen inventory, scheduling work shifts for the team, and working with the restaurant manager are other responsibilities. 

To prepare and serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Acts as a cashier for the bar area.

To manually set up, break down, and service all meeting rooms in accordance with Hilton’s high standards of quality.

Provides support to the Housekeeping department with various job duties

Responsible for providing wine and food service for events, including tray passing of wine and food for extended periods of time, pouring wine/water tableside, carrying multiple plates at once, pouring wine at service bar for reception-style events. 

To supervise, direct, assist, and assure the completion of housekeeping tasks in the guest rooms, corridors, and public space, assigned to the Room Attendants, Lobby Attendants, and House person staff to maintain LHM’s high standard of cleanliness.

Responsible for maintenance, set up, food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl and other food items prepared in the kitchen.

Ensures all banquet rooms are set-up to guest expectations through the supervision of the banquet set-up department

Responsible for overseeing kitchen staff, training them to prepare menu items while upholding portioning and plating standards. Other responsibilities may include also assisting with menu development for each event, ensuring kitchen is sufficiently staffed and stocked.  

Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, bussers and food servers with the appropriate equipment for guests’ dining experience. Also requires cleaning of physical surroundings.

Service of food and/or beverages to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items.  This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
