Megan Atkinson
Corporate Director of Training and Development
As the Corporate Director of Training and Development for LHM, Megan Atkinson is responsible for the design, implementation and management of training programs across the company. Megan plays a crucial role in fostering a culture that focuses on the growth and development of our employees in an effort to enhance the customer experience.
Megan earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas. Originally from Kansas City, she moved to St. Louis where she began her career in employee benefits with Lockton Companies. After consulting with LHM for a number of years, Megan discovered her passion for human resources and hospitality and most recently joined the LHM family as the Human Resources Director at Hilton Ballpark. She exhibits a vibrant energy and strong connection to people and has emerged as a cultural leader within LHM.
Megan stays actively involved in the St. Louis community by supporting several local non-profit organizations including the American Cancer Society, Ronald McDonald House Charities, The United Way of Greater St. Louis and The Women’s Safe House. Megan is a yoga instructor and certified yoga peer support guide for those in addiction recovery. In her spare time, Megan enjoys traveling, watching the Kansas City Chiefs and spending time with family.
