Responsible for developing a full working knowledge of the operations of the hotel, including Food and Beverage, Guest Services and Reservations. Also responsible for generating revenue and room nights. Also to manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
